Thoughts in 2011

Lately I've been asked if I would do lessons...frankly, I feel flattered that people would even ask!   After all, I never took any professional classes!  So, now I'm thinking.  Sandy's Sweets's main vision is to bless people with unique sweet masterpieces that you can't get in stores and that frankly, you'll only get once (because I never make the same cake twice).  So, if that is my vision, classes make sense, don't they?  Perhaps you'd want to make that special birthday cake for your one year old, or for your best friend, or whoever!  Or just want to feel like you can tackle something cute or pretty!


Well, what do you think friends?  Should I?


I also am thinking of taking classes.  I haven't felt the need all this time since I've been learning mostly by myself and through the net (and by the way, a BIG THANKS to all of you out there who are sharing your ideas and techniques!).  Perhaps a lesson on making sugar flowers.  That is something that really still interests me.  I'll post if I do for sure!
